Quotes and estimates
Quotes provided through our website, by phone, or in person are based on the information you supply. Final pricing may change after an in-home evaluation if conditions differ from what was described. All pricing will be approved by you before work begins.
Services and warranties
Mr Breeze HVAC provides heating, cooling, hot water, and commercial HVAC installation and repair services on Long Island. New installations are backed by our 1-year labor warranty, subject to the warranty terms provided with your contract. Manufacturer warranties are separate and provided by the equipment manufacturer.
Limitation of liability
Mr Breeze HVAC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated terms.
